Processing time
All Melanin by the Sea products are made to order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

Shipping time
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5 to 10 business days after your order has been produced. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Lost or stolen packages
