Refund policy

Because all Melanin by the Sea products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please refer to the size guides on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up.

Damaged or defective items
We have a 30-day policy for damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or is incorrect, contact us at info@officialmelaninbythesea.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How it works
Once we receive your request and photo we will review the issue and follow up with next steps toward a resolution. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to respond.

Refunds
If a refund is approved it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
